鈍色の寒風吹きすさぶ冷たい海からの紅色の贈り物。

それが朝鮮半島東海岸からサハリン(樺太)までのロシア沿岸と対峙する日本海西部、北海道以北の 600M~最深2,300Mの冷たい深海に生息する紅ズワイガニです。

弊社製品の特徴

㈱TOHO CORPORATIONは設立当初から日本国内市場への紅ズワイガニの商品開発と販売を行って参りました。

韓国で漁獲される紅ズワイガニを創業時から長年の付き合いがある現地協力工場( HACCP認定取得)にて、TOHOノウハウと品質管理基準のもとで厳格に生産加工して 100%日本市場へ輸入しております。

近年は徐々に東南アジアはじめ米国市場へも日本品質レベルの商品を輸出開拓しており、Red Snow Crab Meatとして紅ズワイガニの海外認知向上に一役を担っております。

W/F (ホワイトフレーク・肩肉と爪肉混合)

肩肉と爪肉を見出し比重選別後、目視作業で殻等を取り除いた商品です。主に缶詰や冷食原料に使用されております。

甲羅を1枚1枚ボイル洗浄し、サイズ選別した商品です。全て手作業の工程になります。

About Red snow crab

Magenta colored gift from dull ocean.
It is the red snow crab living in the deep and cold ocean, located in between Korean Peninsula to Sakhalin which is western part of the Japan Sea opposite the Russian coast from the east coast of the, the cold deep sea of Hokkaido north from 600 M to the deepest 2,300 M.

Characteristics of our products

Since TOHO CORPORATION’s establishment, we have been developing and selling the red snow crab products to Japanese domestic market
The red snow crab, which is caught in South Korea, is strictly manufactured and processed under the TOHO know-how and quality control standards at a locally cooperating factory (HACCP approved) in South Korea, which we have been working together for many years since the our foundation and importing 100% of the product to Japanese domestic market since then.

Recently, we gradually started to export Japanese quality level products to Southeast Asia and the US market as well. We are playing a roll to improve the overseas recognition of the red snow crab shell.

It is a product composed of only broken leg meat (red flakes).

It is a product of mainly composed of white flake and claw meat.
